I ship my artworks worldwide. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. For large or framed pieces, additional packaging fees may apply to ensure the safe transit of your order.

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. For made-to-order or custom artwork, processing times may vary, and I will communicate the details via email.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders (Within Lithuania): 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

5. Packaging
Each artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Framed or delicate pieces may include reinforced packaging for added safety.

6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

7. Customs and Duties
For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy

At Artistry Bicel, I strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, I’m here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with no damage, modifications, or signs of wear.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Email me at info@artistrybicel.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if damaged.

  • Once approved, I will send you instructions on how and where to send the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your artwork.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
