Studio Rental Rates

Note: For big events with food catering such as weddings, parties, and company gala dinners, a cleaning fee of €60-100 will be added depending on event size and type.

Monday - Thursday (I-IV)

  • Hourly Rate: €40

Friday (V)

  • Hourly Rate: €60
  • Full-Day Price: €500
  • Minimum hours: 6

Saturday (VI)

  • Hourly Rate: €60

  • Minimum hours: 6

Sunday (VII)

  • Hourly Rate: €40
  • Full-Day Price: €380
  • Minimum hours: 5

Public Holidays: V-VI rates apply

  • Monday – Wednesday: Full-day rental allows usage from 09:00 to 21:00.
  • Thursday – Friday: Full-day rental allows usage from 09:00 to 22:00.
  • Saturday: Full-day rental allows usage from 09:00 to 23:00.
  • Sunday: Full-day rental allows usage from 10:00 to 19:00.
  • Sound & Lighting Equipment Rental – €200 per event
  • DJ Services – €300 (for max 6 h duration)
  • Cleaning Fee (for big events with catering) – €60-100, depending on event size and type.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the event.
  • A signed agreement must be in place between both parties to confirm the booking.
  • The agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including the deposit, final payment, and event details.
  • Event Order and Cleanliness:
    The Renter is responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in Artistry BiCel Studio, including the shared spaces and rented studio premises. The Renter must take special care to protect the original paintings by artistsdisplayed in the studio. If any items are damaged, lost, or otherwise harmed during the event, the Renter will be invoiced for the cost of repair or replacement as outlined in the signed agreement.
  • Smoking:
    Smoking is prohibited inside of the studio and common areas – it is allowed only on the outdoor terrace.
  • Usage of Space:
    Only the rented studio premises and common areas can be used for the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
  • Electrical Safety:
    When using electrical outlets and other equipment, all safety regulations must be followed. Renters must not operate meters or circuit breakers on their own, as doing so could disrupt the electricity supply for other tenants. Electrical meters can only be turned on with prior approval from the Studio Owner.
  • Cleaning After Event:
    After the event, all waste must be collected, and the rented space should be left clean and tidy, as it was handed over to the Renter, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
  • Post-Event Safety Check:
    When leaving the venue after the event, it is essential to ensure that all electrical devices are properly turned off, no flammable materials are left behind, and that any fireplaces are extinguished.
